Hot off the release of his newest Netflix & Amazon Special, Stand-up comedian Matt Braunger is coming to the Weinberg Center on Friday, March 6th as part of Frederick’s 3rd annual anti-drunk driving fundraiser, The “Over the Limit Comedy Fest”, hosted by local charity SOS Safe Ride

Braunger has been a nationally acclaimed comedian since 2007 and an actor since childhood.  Braunger starred on Fox’s MADtv, while also featuring in recurring roles on ABC’s Agent Carter, Netflix’s Disjointed, Fuller House, BoJack Horseman, @Midnight, CONAN, The Late Show, Comedy Central’s Live At Gotham, and much more!

In 2009, he was named to Variety’s Top 10 Comics to Watch, and Comedy Central’s Hot 9 in ’09 list, his debut album Soak Up The Night was released by Comedy Central Records and he was named to the iTunes REWIND Top 20 Albums of 2009. In 2010, he recorded his half hour Comedy Central Presents special and in 2012 released his debut hour-long special entitled Shovel Fighter, also released as an album. Matt’s second hour special, Big, Dumb Animal, is available on Netflix, and his newest special, Finally Live in Portland, is available on all digital platforms.

The Safe Ride Foundation is proud to welcome Matt Braunger as our 2020 Headliner of the “Over the Limit” Comedy Fest.  All proceeds from this event will benefit the Safe Ride Foundation, a Frederick County nonprofit working to end drunk driving in our area and parts beyond.

We hope to celebrate with you and Mr. Braunger for a hysterical night of hilarity for charity!
